Robert Hoffman is a dedicated professional with a strong background in project management, leadership, and customer advocacy. As an Account Manager at The Roof Sleuths, he brings a detail-oriented, customer-first approach to helping homeowners and business owners find the right roofing solutions for their needs.

A proud disabled veteran, Robert served 17 years in the U.S. Air Force. His experience as an instructor and program director helped him develop exceptional leadership and communication skills—particularly the ability to break down complex topics into clear, actionable insights. This makes him an invaluable guide for clients navigating roof repairs, replacements, or inspections.

Before joining The Roof Sleuths, Robert held leadership roles in program and project management at respected organizations, including Mr. Cooper and the U.S. Air Force. His ability to manage large-scale operations, combined with a talent for building strong relationships, ensures every project runs smoothly and professionally.

Robert is passionate about service, advocacy, and transparency. He takes pride in making sure clients fully understand their options and receive fair, high-quality work from start to finish. His integrity and attention to detail have earned him the trust of many satisfied clients.
