Hurricane Milton did a number on my roof causing damage and leaks. I heard good things about the Roof Sleuths and called for help. Jose responded immediately and they quickly came over and tarped my roof even know demand was high in my area due to all the damage. Professional, courteous and worked with my insurance & adjuster to ensure I was treated fairly. The crew worked well as a team and got the old roof off, the new roof on and did an awesome job. I rate Jose and the Roof Sleuths high for a quick repair don on my tile roof. Jose spotted a broken tile on my roof from the street. It was hardly noticeable, so he had a good eye. He was very courteous and offered to fix it. It was a quick repair, but a good one. Thanks

After the Hurricane a few roof caps had come off and a few tiles had come loose. I got in touch with Jose and Shane and they came right over and gave me a good evaluation of all of the defects on my roof. They took pictures of all of the damaged tiles that need repair or replacement. We agreed upon a price and within a few days the work was done and they sent me pictures of the repair work. The bottom line is, the price was reasonable, the work was done very well, the work was finished in a very short amount of time, Jose and Shane answered all of my questions and concerns and I’m pleased with the job that they did. After Hurricane Milton I did a visual inspection of my Roof and spotted a couple areas that I thought needed attention. The Roof Sleuths came to my rescue and did a full Roof Inspection and found sliding Tiles and loose Caps. They gave me an estimate and we scheduled the work. They were punctual and did an excellent job. The before and after pictures of the work provided gave me confidence my Roof was now in good shape. I would like to thank Jose Vazquez and his team for the amazing job he did on my roof. From our first meeting until the roof was completed, he was incredibly professional and was available to address any concerns my wife and I had through the process. They use the best materials in the industry and do not cut corners. The job was completed on time as promised and a day before Hurricane Milton arrived. He was in contact with me prior to the storm and assured me that if I had any issues, he would be there to address them. Because of the great job they did, we had ‘0’ issues. Jose even reached out after the storm to see how we were and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. I’m not sure if he has a voicemail set up on his phone because he always answered my call.
